Like all Azzurro products, the fee is a refundable deposit covered by our money-back guarantee until the first qualifying service operation — including data extraction, which constitutes commencement of service. Infrastructure costs are passed through at cost from providers and are non-refundable once incurred. There is no auto-renewal, no retainer decay, and no obligation to buy again: the 1500 is earned when we work, not when a calendar page turns.
